Account Deletion Request

At SuvarnaSetu, we believe in giving you full control over your data. If you wish to discontinue using our services and delete your account, we provide multiple ways to do so.
1. In-App Deletion (Immediate)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the SuvarnaSetu mobile application:
- Open the SuvarnaSetu App
- Go to Settings or Profile Section
- Select Delete Account
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion
Once confirmed in the app, your account and associated personal data will be processed for deletion immediately.
2. Website Request (Manual Review)
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion via email. Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Send an email to support@suvarnasetu.com.
Step 2: Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - [Your Registered Phone Number]".
Step 3: Our team will reply with a verification format and specific details required to confirm your identity. Once verified, your request will be processed within 15-30 business days.
Data Retention Policy
Please note that as a financial services platform providing Digital Gold and Gold SIP services, we are regulated by various government policies and financial laws.
While your personal profile and marketing data will be deleted, certain information—including Financial Transaction Records, KYC documents, and Tax-related data—may be retained in our secure archives for a period required by law (e.g., for audit purposes or tax compliance) before permanent erasure.
