SuvarnaSetu is currently a demonstration application. This policy outlines how refunds and exchanges are handled within this demo environment and for the upcoming production release.
1. No Real Financial Value
Transactions performed in this demo version of the app are for simulation purposes only. No real currency is processed, and no physical gold is assigned. Consequently, no real-world refunds or exchanges are applicable for demo transactions.
2. Production Refund Policy (Standard)
Upon official launch, our policy for real transactions will follow industry standards for Digital Gold:
- Digital Gold: Once a purchase of Digital Gold is confirmed, it is non-refundable as the gold is purchased in real-time from the bullion market.
- Gold SIP: Installments paid towards a Gold SIP are stored as gold grams. Users can liquidate or exchange these grams for physical jewelry at designated merchant stores.
- Cancellations: SIP plan cancellations will allow users to retain their accumulated gold grams or sell them back at the prevailing market buy-back rate.
3. Exchange Policy
Digital gold accumulated in your account can be exchanged for physical jewelry at our partner jewelry showrooms. The exchange value will be based on the weight of gold held in your account and the prevailing market rate at the time of exchange, subject to making charges and taxes.
