3. Gold Savings & Transactions

SuvarnaSetu facilitates gold savings and jewelry purchases. Prices are subject to market fluctuations. All transactions are final once confirmed, unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SuvarnaSetu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SuvarnaSetu be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes via the App.
